Disrupting Disruptions

You’ve made up your mind to go after some goal or goals.
You know consistency is the key.
That means discipline.
But you keep getting “disrupted”.
When I’m home I have a structured morning routine consisting of meditation, learning, exercise and gratitude practices to set me up for the day.
When I’m traveling, there are lots of disruptions to these routines.
Jet lag, catching flights, trains and getting to the place early to avoid lines..and of course, too much food.
I have to get creative.
For this trip, I’m using the scenery of the outdoors which is so rejuvenating. I’m doing some breathwork and short meditations. Some brief journaling with gratitude and practicing mindfulness as much as I can to stay fully present.
It’s not my normal routine, but it sets me up for a great day!
