I had the pleasure of attending the Entrepreneurs Organization 2024 Spring Gala hosted and the beautiful Tavern on the Green in NY Cities Central Park.

It was a beautiful evening with good food, interesting people and compelling conversations and acknowledged the incredible work the EO board members have done over the past year.

This is another great example of ‘focusing on the outcome’ for me. I’ve had a packed week coming off the long holiday weekend and it’s a bit of a trek for me to get into the city from my home…it was starting to feel pretty enticing to pass on going to the event and relax at home with my family.

I knew the outcome would be that I would be filled with gratitude getting to spend time with close friends, see some people I have not seen in a while and get to meet some new people…all at an iconic place in NYC.

What I got was even better as my dear friend Debbie Kiederer won the Entrepreneur of the Year award! Congratulations again Debbie! I was so pleased to be there to see that and see my other forum mates,Jenna Guarneri and Jason Englander take in the event as well.

I focused on the outcome…resisted the temptation to be…well, lazy...
