AI comes up in almost every conversation I have these days.

Some people are wickedly excited about the tech and what it is enabling them to do.

Others are full of fear and uncertainty…

For business owners and leaders of tech companies:

• Is this tech going to replace me or eliminate my business?

  
  

• How is the morale of my employees in this environment?

  
  

• Is my strategy for AI in my business enough? (Do I have one?)

  
  

• Are my competitors going to use this to crush me?

  
  

• Are we headed for a war with Skynet!

Times are changing (as always) but they are changing much faster now.

It’s an exciting time…but it’s a challenging time.

I believe every business owner should have a strategy about how to incorporate AI into their businesses…because their competition certainly is.
